Terms of Service | Oxyous Technologies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oxyous Technologies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Oxyous Technologies provides web development, mobile application development, cloud hosting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Oxyous Technologies remain with Oxyous Technologies until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges. Oxyous Technologies reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oxyous Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rupandehi district.

9. Changes to Terms

Oxyous Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
